- In my experience, there was no interest in their employees. No effort being made to communicate with them and help them grow. Felt kind of ignored for the year I worked there. - The company is very business-oriented and not very product-oriented. - Very much an engineering company, so if you have a different role it's hard to fit in or get supported in ways you need for your role. - C-Level kind of decides what to do and how to do it, and you should just do it according to all the details that they have already figured out without your input (even though that is a big part of your role). - Discussions weren't always in a constructive manner and could get heated or cause irritation and a negative atmosphere. - Some people just want to be right instead of being open to changes and other ideas and built a better product as a team. - Team definitely lacks in diversity - The pressure for some roles is really high and the stress-level of some colleagues was very tangible at times.
