Incredible team: The people I work with are amazing. Everyone is supportive and collaborative. Amazing managers: I feel so valued and appreciated here. My managers consistently provide positive feedback and personally send words of appreciation, which is highly motivating. Clear priorities: I always know what's expected of me, which allows me to focus and be productive. Excellent task management: The company has great systems in place for managing tasks. Kind and Motivating Culture: The people are kind and truly care about overall health and fitness, which is inspiring and motivating.

Missing in-person interaction: As a remote employee, I miss the team-building events, casual chatter, and shared meals that come with an office environment. Overall, Defyned Brands is a fantastic place to work. I'm grateful for the flexibility of remote work and the company's commitment to its employees.

Coming from an HR background I’ve never worked somewhere where there wasn’t toxicity in the workplace but I’m thrilled to say that I never experienced any workplace toxicity in the 2.5 years I work for DB. My coworkers we’re fabulous, all in different departments but always embodied togetherness and open to helping one another anytime needed. So many great folks work here and it was a company that exceeded all my expectations and allowed me to grow and advance in my role. If I wasn’t stepping away to be a SAHM, I would still be with them and would absolutely go back in the future if the opportunity arose.

From my experience, I have no cons working here.
