Varied tasks, lovely staff, always something to do, many really lovely customers, great variety of products.

Minpunten

Often too much to do, unrealistic expectations from highest management levels, lack of understanding and support, too focused on productivity meaning less chance to provide customer service.

Too many, toxic, bullying, if your not good at shoecare your seen as the worst thing ever, once your in its hard to get out
