Dirty place to work environmentally, Definite segregation between management staff and general labor staff, Low wages compared to other employers in the area, Raises are rarely given and standards and employee morale was very low when I worked at the plant. Employee retention is poor and employee turnover is very high. Shift gaps and quality control issues caused most of the issues, Training is minimal and spotty reactive vs. proactive, Overall quality standards and process checks and follow up from management was questionable and or minimal when issues were reported.
