As was the yearly bonus that didn’t offer any explanation as to why you were ranked a certain way. - employees are discouraged from sharing information about bonuses, which was later revealed to be because some employees didn’t even get one when their colleagues did - there is a real culture of managerial ‘cliques’ and favouritism. If you are a yes man who is too scared to fight for what your team deserves, you will probably get promoted - no progression opportunities, most promotions are an excuse to give you more work without paying well for it - if you ask about progression and what you need to do to move up the ladder, you’ll most likely be palmed off with no real answers
