Deliverect is a good company with a strong vision and a promising future. The team structure is well organized, and communication between teams is clear and professional. Management is supportive, approachable, and open to discussion. People are generally friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, which creates a positive work environment.
Minpunten
The company could improve the employee benefits package. For example, they do not provide a headset for work calls, and there is no welcome package or backpack. More importantly, they do not offer private health insurance such as AXA, RMA, or similar coverage. They only provide CNSS, which is not enough and can be very limited compared to private insurance. Another point is that there are no additional bonuses or benefits, such as Aid Al Adha bonus, 13th-month salary, or other performance/annual bonuses. Overall, the benefits package is quite limited compared to what some other companies provide.
