Being that it is a small business there are some pains and strains that come along with that. Things are changing and some find that that to be difficult to deal with.

100% commission structure can be stressful if you aren't performing well. However, they have implemented a new salary + capped commission payment structure in 2025 for people who aren't comfortable with being fully commission based.

It’s a family run business that solely cares about money. No values. They cultivate a highly competitive sales type atmosphere and hire women to pin against each other and to flirt with Building Engineers to get them to quit their stable jobs for their clients.
