I have never worked for another organization that fully embodies its Core Values like Delta Defense. A key part of the company’s culture is the understanding that skills can be taught and experience can be gained, but if your attitude sucks you will not last long. Leaders at all levels of the company embrace servant leadership, and base their success on the success of their respective teams. The leadership team of Delta Defense sets lofty company goals and holds itself to a high standard of execution. We are constantly pushed to challenge ourselves and drive past our perceived limits. At the same time, Delta leadership teaches that failure is an opportunity to learn and a necessary byproduct of challenging oneself. More than once they have set the example by being vulnerable and transparent about their own failures in front of the company. Delta Defense is invested in its employees. I have made tremendous progress in my career since I came to work at Delta Defense, and I credit a lot of that to the support I received from the various leaders I’ve had.

The speed at which the company moves can sometimes result in communication silos, duplication of efforts, conflicting priorities, and other inefficiencies.

**Pros** Meaningful mission, supportive coworkers, and a culture that genuinely encourages growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leadership invests in employee development and actively seeks feedback to make the company better. I've had opportunities to learn, contribute outside of my role, and work with people who truly care about both each other and our members.

**Cons** Like any growing organization, communication can sometimes be a challenge, and priorities may shift as the company continues to evolve. That said, one of Delta Defense's strengths is that leadership actively listens to employee feedback and is continually working to improve communication and transparency.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I work at the headquarters and it’s wonderful! I have worked at a few companies and there is a night and day difference - Work life balance is great - Wonderful coworkers - Great work/team building outings - Leadership invests in professional development - Lots of opportunities to be in West Bend, all paid for by Delta - Delta is very picky with who is hired to ensure everyone fits the culture - Everyone is super kind and easy to get along with. Also, everyone is very skilled - C suite is very open and honest. Company wide meetings every week that allow everyone to be informed on what is happening. - Benefits are amazing: yearly stipend, generous pto (no problems using it), hybrid or wfh options, good health insurance, USCCA membership, good pay - The dress code is very casual - Paid time off to volunteer! Plus donation matching - The owners are VERY generous

- The hours can get long some days - Very open floor plan at HQ. This can be a pro or con depending on preferences - The CEO isn’t super involved in day to day operations - Not a con to me, but you must be supportive of the second amendment and feel comfortable around firearms. - If you are someone who likes to do the bare minimum, this probably isn’t the place for you - You will need to pass the culture test and write a values essay. Again, there is a high standard for hiring.
