Wow, and I mean wow! They do a fantastic job on promoting the people they like, who are embedded in their cliques and higher-up social circles. If you are not a friendly person in your personal life, do not apply for a position here! You can be great at your job but if you aren't friends with the right people, good luck! They don't do verbal or written warnings. They will let you fail and when they are ready to let you go, they will present you with a performance improvement plan and try to force you out. I will comment on the ratings. Career opportunities depends on if you are friends with the right people. Compensation and benefits are poor because they ask for the best performance but pay average based on the market. Culture and values might as well spell out "Scientology". Diversity and inclusion means 99% white people and the 1% is a rehired black guy. Senior management only wants to hear or portray the good things but never addresses the true issues. Probably because they are part of the issue. Work/life balance is poor too. They "encourage" you to read every update, read every Slack channel, and be a part of every event. But they aren't willing to let you do it during work time. They also force you to do homework projects and read books for "improving yourself" and if you want to apply for a different position. One final thing. The upper management positions suggested people to work on holidays but they don't work the holidays themselves.
