      Pluspunten

      Free gym, free food, pointless meetings that got you out of actually working. My actual job was awesome and I loved doing what I was doing.

      Minpunten

      These people are crazy. They’re more worried about making the world a better place instead of the work we were all actually there to do. CEO will throw parties at his house or to a strip club in a heart beat, but is horrid to work for. They are focused entirely on “culture” but sometimes you don’t need to bring your personal life and rape stories into company meetings. This place is so unprofessional and terribly managed. Honest to god, it’s a cult. Seems great at first, but you’d be better at McDonalds.

      Pluspunten

      Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

      Minpunten

      Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

      This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

      Minpunten

      - Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
