      Pluspunten

      *The environment really makes you feel like home along with everyone in it. *Delta Group makes you feel like family! *The benefits are BEYOND what I have ever imagined in a workplace and it really shows they do not care for just the "business" but also their employees! *Everyone is treated as equals and the respect is through the roof. *The management team does all they can to ensure you have a happy and healthy work environment, they truly care about and for all employees! *There is so much opportunity, for growth and advancement. *Not to mention you have weekends and most all holidays off to spend with your family!

      I honestly cannot think of any, other than for me personally I live an hour away! hah :)

      Pluspunten

      Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

      Minpunten

      Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

      This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

      Minpunten

      - Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
