      Pluspunten

      I feel very supported working here. Everyone in management is very attentive. I had worked in this field before, but with every company, there are different ways of doing things. I was trained by two super great people who answered all my questions and helped me with anything I needed or that I didn't understand.

      Minpunten

      The only issues I have are with the program we use. It can glitch and that's frustrating, but that's not really an issue with the company per say.

      Pluspunten

      Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

      Minpunten

      Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

      This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

      Minpunten

      - Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
