      Pluspunten

      The company culture is diverse and all around very healthy from what I have seen so far! It's the first company I've worked for that I've noticed this right out of the gate and have felt so welcome in such a short timeframe. There is potential for grow within company and they lead with positivity and emotional intelligence, not by micromanaging you. They have a lot to offer and it's just an all around amazing place to be. Also, working remotely has been super sweet so I can't complain about it it that either!

      So far I haven't witnessed one thing that I could complain about when it comes to Delta!

      Pluspunten

      Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

      Minpunten

      Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

      This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

      Minpunten

      - Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
