      This company is an acquisition magnet. As a result of this, there is virtually no job security. The latest set of "vulture capitalist" see the employees as liabilities (I.e salaries, benefits). The pay structure for commissioned employees was changed and a once $30k in commission is now down to 10-15k. Did I mention that our world load has essentially tripled and to save money the firm outsources to Makati. This was once a great company, at one point I loved it here, now I feel overwhelmed, overworked, and under paid.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
