Pluspunten

Some VPs are extremely respectable and intelligent, however they are in the minority and not promoted instead outsiders are hired with big promises that never pan out. Everyone wants change, but its all talk and no action.

Minpunten

90% of work life is spent in meetings so to complete work you have to do tons of overtime. There is no respect for working hours or family balance. You are expected to bend over backwards for no reward. No one is secure. Stock rewards are a joke and given as bonuses that are vested over several years.

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
