Pluspunten

Relatively stable company Work Life Balance (physically but not mentally) Every other Friday is a half day Decent Benefits (not great, not horrible)

Minpunten

No raises for anyone below C-Suit Annual bonus is consistently cut - do not expect to get the 6-8% bonus they offer regardless of your performance. No expectations/accountability - this results in low performers staying for a long time. People are not at the company for 15+ years because it’s a great place to work. They stay because they are stuck due to lack of SaaS/Tech Industry and technical experience and it’s easy sailing Boys Club Culture - Current VPs reference female colleagues as “the women on the team” Lack of HR support - multiple current and former colleagues work(ed) with leaders who harass and create hostile work environments. These leaders aren’t let go, they are demoted or HR drags their feet long enough for the employee who filed the complaint to leave Stuck in the 90s - Compare the website UI/UX to competitor sites. What you see in that comparison, will hold true to the entire company culture

Pluspunten

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Minpunten

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
