We are likely slower to hire than most agencies because of the quality of work we are expected to provide our clients, who are typically very large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies. It's true that we have a pretty rigorous process that we are frequently reviewing to find ways to get candidates through faster. In the last 5 months we've brought on over 20 team members in various roles, regions, skill levels to support our growth.
