everything is a challenge, unrealistic targets, unhealthy competition, fake bosses, terrible management, zero diversity, zero tolorence, negative management syst, push you to the corner where you have no option but to quit, baised and racist management, zero influncers they try to give good salary for employees to hold on to job but have no clue how negative their impact has in each amd every employees who work there. very very very unrealistic pictutre shown in an interview but after you join there is an entirely different scenario. zero professional as well as personal growth. Dull and boring atmosphere. I highly reend not to apply for this company. It is not money every time. Highly unsatisfying work place with no company culture.
