Not only do you work alongside extremely smart individuals, but they're also some of the best people you will ever meet. You have open access to C level executives and they do a great job of being transparent about the direction of the company as well.
Minpunten
Demandbase can be disorganized at times but that comes with the territory being apart of a fast rising startup. I do believe middle management can do a better job of aligning to ensure goals are met across the organization.
