Thank you for your feedback and suggestions for improvement. We acknowledge that we have struggled in the past with communications in our Regional Offices, as I’m sure any large organization has, and have been making efforts to resolve these issues. Human Resources has been conducting various Focus Groups at all locations to make sure our regional office employees have a voice with corporate policies and procedures. We have held various Management Training sessions to ensure all of our Management team is on the same page. As we continue to grow, we plan on increased training and communication from all levels of the company. I apologize that you did not feel that you had a voice and do wish you luck in your future endeavors.
