I often am asked “How is the new job?” and my response is always “Dreamy”. I am filled with passion and happiness as I work to help the entire project team increase visibility, productivity and efficiency here at DenMat. I’m hands on in each department, and I’m hearing very positive feedback about my being here and what I’ve been able to implement—which adds to my wish to be here since I believed the company culture would be exactly like this. We have a rich company culture and every single person here is in the perfect spot as if everyone was carefully chosen for their roles. This adds to the richness of company culture that DenMat holds. The people are incredible, and everyone works 2X as hard to make things happen. I have never seen such dedicated and hard-working team members before, and I’m so happy to share in that devoted work ethic! I have wanted to work for DenMat since I finished my ASBA in 2018. My success story came from my persistent applying and finally this job specifically was defined as being "THE ONE" for me. I know that it is absolutely meant to be. I couldn’t be happier here, and I hope that future employees feel this way about DenMat too.

I'm going to be honest, I have yet to run into an issues or cons here in my position and that's telling of the company because I'm a cross-functional, multi-departmental employee. My job spans the organization! I would say that if you're looking for employment at DenMat, be prepared to learn a lot, work hard, and be a team player. This company is best for the people who have can-do attitudes, positive mindsets, team-player capabilities. I don't see this as a con--but that's because I am all of these things and I embrace this style of work environment. I know that some people prefer other work styles.
