The person who owns DentalFix, David Lopez, also owns Dentist’s Choice, a competing franchise with much lower overhead. It was purchased without franchisee knowledge and kept under wraps until a press release listed a familiar name. Due to this conflict of interest it’s difficult to see how exactly they can ensure you’re the best in the market when they have to make sure their other franchisees (your direct competitors) will also remain profitable. In addition - the company, it’s CEO, and affiliates are in over half a dozen lawsuits, including one related the franchise relationship. Be sure to read ALL of them and do your homework.

The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. There is a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. If your hoping to make good money ,USP sales would be a great department for you. Lots of growth potential.

Boosting the morale on the floor wouldn't hurt . We know how hard it is to sell the USP Plan and those who are selling it are to be highly commended and appreciated. It is a very hard task. On that note, it would be nice to take some time to recognize and celebrate accomplishments throughout the whole department, not only for the USP sales . Inbound account managers and all Sales reps have to face challenges, hang-ups, rude and irate customers each and every day. So please take the time to show a bit more appreciation. Remember... any inbound and outbound call is a representation of our company. We have to hold our tongue , and let them see us smile over the phone and give the best service always.
