Matt Lau is a great trainer and a great person.

Lots of unkept promises! Obviously this company is in over their heads. Corporate gives little to no help and wants owners to contact Dental companies for tech support. All they care about is their franchise fee they receive. If you question their methods they point the finger at you as they know they are wrong. Many people in their home office are very friendly but have no real business knowledge. David Lopez should do a house cleaning and rid of all Incompetent employees. Don’t believe the failure rate of franchises they tell you as it is much higher.

The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. There is a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. Showing your ability to perform your job will bring you great incentives and you will grow with the company. Also, great pay & benefits .

If your hoping to make good money ,USP sales would be a great department for you. Lots of growth potential.

Boosting the morale on the floor wouldn't hurt . We know how hard it is to sell the USP Plan and those who are selling it are to be highly commended and appreciated. It is a very hard task. On that note, it would be nice to take some time to recognize and celebrate accomplishments throughout the whole department, not only for the USP sales . Inbound account managers and all Sales reps have to face challenges, hang-ups, rude and irate customers each and every day. So please take the time to show a bit more appreciation. Remember... any inbound and outbound call is a representation of our company. We have to hold our tongue , and let them see us smile over the phone and give the best service always.
