Pluspunten
Mostly good people to work with. They try to make things fun with the occasional party in the warehouse, but it's painfully sad sometimes. It's a small company with a "family" vibe.
Minpunten
Most co-workers are great but upper management and owners are oblivious to how unhappy most of the employees are. Barely any benefits and raises, no room for advancement, very dysfunctional communication (if any) and incredibly rude owners. There's a crisis every week and nothing get's fixed.
