The level of dysfunction is unreal. – Over $1 million burned on court cases she lost, while staff go unpaid or completely ghosted. – Constant police reports over honest reviews — because she thinks the truth is defamation. – Company culture is pure fear, chaos, and ego-tripping. No structure. No respect. No future. – She inherited the business from her dad and is single-handedly driving it into the ground. – Her leadership style is disappearing when things go wrong, then reappearing to blame everyone but herself. – Multiple legal disputes, even more drama, and somehow even her personal life’s falling apart — and yes, you feel it in the workplace. – Everything looks okay on the surface, but behind the scenes? It's all rotting. Also they pay below average ... so best find another company that value respect instead of hoarding

Many employees leave within a few months due to the pressure, and new hires do not receive proper training. Salary payments are not always consistent, and deductions may happen. After resigning, employees may struggle to get their final payments, payslips, or reference letters. Many former employees have reported salary issues to the authorities, but things have not improved. Most of the team consists of foreign workers, as local hires do not stay long. There is no real HR department—administrative staff handle HR tasks, but they have little power to make changes.
