Pluspunten

- Work from home. - CEO is genuine despite being hands off work related. - Valuable learning experience being at company attempting to scale. - Majority of employees are very friendly and intelligent.

Minpunten

- Low pay, far below industry average. ($15,000 less than industry avg) - employee burnout happens QUICK -poor work/life balance - work overload on daily basis with nobody able to assist due to insufficient work force - Unrealistic KPI’s due to lack of market knowledge - leadership not willing to listen to constructive criticism but instead takes comments personally - toxic environment (internal employees talking behind each other’s back) - payroll is 2x/month In conclusion, it has become evident that this company has no idea how to scale and throws the blame on the marketing team rather than trying to improve their product which I’ve seen first hand is not up to par with the high amount of competition that has arrived into the sector.

We just wanted to say thank you for giving us this feedback! There's an immense amount of challenges with a growing company, and know that this feedback is taken to heart for us to improve the experience for all DP team members. The marketing team has one of the most challenging jobs in this highly-competitive environment and without a doubt we'll be looking ahead on how we can continue to remain competitive while also improving the product experience.

Minpunten

CEO's pep talks are fruitless. The biggest threat to workplace culture isn't lazy employees, it's toxic managers, kept in power by senior leadership that won't take responsibility. Not everyone on staff is entitled or underperforming. They're just trying to survive under leadership that's been allowed to rot from the inside out. These managers aren't just untrained, they're also unchecked. Promoted from output, protected from accountability, and shielded from all the consequences of their actions. They lead with fear, favoritism, and fragile egos. Poor communications and terrible morale aren't employee issues; they're symptoms of a culture that protects dysfunction at the top. Stop blaming the staff, and start asking why the most harmful people are the ones who still have a job
