      Horrendous management. Zero checks and balances. Understaffed. Lacks self-awareness as a brand. Lacks diversity in choosing designers to collaborate with. Extremely micro-managed. Lacks trust in their employee's skills and talents. Does not provide a work environment that gives employees the opportunity to do what they are good at and hired to do. No opportunities to grow professionally. Plays favorites and likes to phase out employees they don't like. Fifthly, unclean office. Does NOT recycle.

      Strong design heritage and genuinely beautiful product. Local studio leadership and team culture can be excellent depending on location. Real opportunities to take ownership of initiatives if you're proactive. Good exposure to design industry and trade community.

      Minpunten

      Compensation has not kept pace with market, particularly for senior retail leadership roles. Enterprise systems and tools lag behind what's standard in the industry. Career pathing and growth opportunities beyond store leadership are unclear. Communication from corporate to field can feel one-directional.
