Senior leadership invest no time in training or development, nor displaying a culture of mutual respect. Rather, the culture reflects strong nepotism and undertones of corporate intimation and passive-aggressiveness.

As a graduate, it helps you get your foot in the door

Minpunten

No words can describe the toxicity of this workplace environment. Staff retention is non-existent, people tend to resign fairly quickly. There is never a moment where you are not constantly micro-managed. Management and communication is poor. Odd jobs here and there (e.g. painting office walls…). Ultimately, you know it’s time to leave when you haven’t once been told you are appreciated and all you are told is what you did wrong. Hands down would be detrimental for anyones mental health. Would. Not. Recommend.
