This company should be reported for the appalling way it treats it's staff.
Highest turnover ever experienced. At interview and training period, told so many lies. Management are too busy making sales and bonuses themselves that absolutely no time to sort issues for customers.
Existing agents actually steal bookings/commissions from each other and management does nothing.
Do not work at this company, check out the reviews on Trustpilot from clients. Company does nothing once the sale is made. Vastly inflate costs and refuse to assist customers.
Long hours and relentless complaints from customers who can't reach the service team and take out their frustrations at the sales team as we were the only ones who answered the calls.
Avoid at all costs!!!
