      - Free fruit in the kitchen - Dedicated employees

      Minpunten

      I had great hopes for this company but here is what I came to realize.. - There is little to no respect or appreciation for employee's contributions or personal time. - Please know that overtime is the rule and not the exception. - The culture is that of micro management and leaves little leeway for people to take responsibility and accountability. - The technology both at a corporate and software level is dated and investments in that area are minimal.

      Great product(s). CEO is a visionary, built a successful company. Marketing strategy is different but engages the whole higher education industry. They focus on a segment of the market that is growing. Solid, services, support and sales teams. They are a small company that operates like a large software company.

      Minpunten

      The product(s) are not a true multi-tenant SaaS platform. "Fun" is not a part of the culture. Leaders do not encourage employees to take risks. While the marketing strategy engages the whole industry, it does not translate into qualified leads. The sales team is considered overhead. No retirement planning benefit. Integration with enterprise software providers like (Ellucian, Oracle, and Salesforce)
