Sometimes I'm assigned to multiple projects, which is OK for me, but might not be suitable for everyone.

They are very transparent and the review the business Profit/Loss with the employees every month. The work is dynamic and filled with professional growth. We are on the cutting edge of technology, and I get to solve big problems. Lots of room for upward career growth. I have a good work/life balance here.

The nature of contracts is that projects are constantly changing, and this can be uncomfortable sometimes.
