Pluspunten

Nice company to work for remotely. It has a flexible working time, with 25 PTOs/year, sick leaves, nice carreer plan, and a very mature culture. No micromanagement!

Minpunten

Not the best compensation, but with a good carreer plan and opportunities to grow.

generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.
