Little, if any, consideration was given to those being laid off in light of the impending downsizing with recent EOs. Several employees were abruptly cut off with no meaningful support or transition assistance. While it was undeniably difficult to prepare for such circumstances, some more consideration and empathy in handling the situation would have been greatly appreciated.
