8 hours is only on paper. In reality, you are expected to work 9 to 12 hours minimum, and in many cases people are pushed to work 13 to 14 hours a day — without any proper compensation or acknowledgment. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of basic employee rights and work-life balance.
Ego-Driven, Hostile Management:
If you dare to ask a question or raise a concern, management takes it personally. Instead of welcoming curiosity or problem-solving, they treat you like an enemy for simply doing your job. There is zero psychological safety in this workplace.
Misleading Job Roles:
The role advertised is not the role you will do. They hire people for specific positions but assign completely different responsibilities once you join. The vocal and other role-specific requirements are never disclosed upfront, leaving employees blindsided.
Toxic Work Culture:
The overall environment is suffocating. There is no respect for employees’ time, wellbeing, or professional boundaries.
