No opportunity for growth, the director talks HORRIBLY about everyone amd takes no accountability for the way she truly bullies her staff. High turnover.

Individuals/Clients are amazing. Coworkers are too.

I’ve worked at the Independence site and the LS site. Beg to go anywhere other than the LS site. Terrible, unprepared management who doesn’t care or may not know how to care about subordinate staff. I worked at the LS site and just walked out. Also, be aware they’ll say they have staff but they don’t. It will be hectic everyday and you’ll be waiting for your break and find out you don’t get one. At all. I would work anywhere before I work at the LS site again. The other two sites are fine but just beg to not go to LS. It is not worth it. Also don’t do this job if you have a family at home because they don’t care. I worked at the independence site for almost 3 years but I couldn’t make it 3 months at LS. I’d love them to get staffing because I care about the DSPs there and want them supported but don’t set yourself up to be as overworked and stressed out as they are.
