Policies and processes are not documented making possible to every manager to create his own orally! Very difficult to convince customer and get business as the bank has no brand value at all. Marketing and sales guys do be aware before taking up the job.. Commitment is least respected. If any one gets a commitment on completion of work within a TAT then rest assure the same will not be processed... HR will be commonly featured....
