      Pluspunten

      Working with residents with disabilities is deeply rewarding. The scheduling is generally well organized and easy to follow.

      Minpunten

      Sometimes there is no replacement staff, so you may need to work a night shift right after an evening shift. Occasionally, you might even be scheduled for a morning shift right after a night shift, which I believe is unreasonable and unsustainable.

      It was nice to have a direct impact on the people that you work with

      Minpunten

      You have to pay for the training yourself, and the test that follows is not very forgiving. You have to pay for your license to be renewed. You barely get paid enough to cover rent, let alone all the extra stuff that you have to pay for. They most likely will not cover any work-related injuries, because they "taught you to do things safely, so if you get injured, it's your fault."

      Team work environment, learn aba and how to usebit with your students, alot of training, will help with schooling etc.
