Work culture needs improvement. 60-70 hour workweeks are not uncommon. High turnover (more than half of employees I started with are no longer at the company one year later.)

Very friendly workplace with great opportunities to grow and develop. Employees are encouraged to take individual responsibility, and there is very little micromanagement.

The bench: Like any big consultancy, if a project ends and the next one isn't ready, you're "on the bench". For a high energy engineer, this can feel like professional purgatory
