At the time I worked there, it was a growing company that continuously outgrew it's facilities, infrastructure, and systems. At times the work demand was high, but management took whatever steps necessary to fulfill your requests to help you keep comfortable, focused, and productive. Pleasant work atmosphere, best ergonomic management I had ever seen in a business. If you wanted to work in another area or different role, the management would always try their best to accommodate. Flexible hours were a big plus. Medical and dental benefits were very good.
