Pluspunten
-Fellow employees aside from management are wonderful people.
Minpunten
-There is no training for property managers. The company talks about it's training academy, but essentially you just get a day of watching videos on how to be a great Dexter's employee. - It's essentially a brainwashing camp that tells you to ignore all the red flags you are seeing because the company is quite big. - Poor relationships between the lettings teams and property managers. - Systems are old and outdated - Processes change on a weekly basis without proper notification. It is impossible to keep up to date on them. -Progression for property management is horrendous. - Management do not care about the issues going on and prefer the stick to the carrot treatment when things are going wrong. -On the surface the company likes to give off the whole "one big happy family vibe". In actuality this does not exist. - This is one of the worst paying companies in the industry and the promise of job security is a lie. The company sent out an email saying everyone's job was safe two weeks before making mass redundancies (which were not down to financial issues as the company had just bought two other businesses and had its best week&month for revenue in lettings and sales). On top of this the company chose to cut staff that could have been put on furlough as they could not be bothered to go through the process. -Diversity is non existent. - The company will just move you to another office where they see fit and usually you will have no say in the matter.
