Pluspunten
1. Nice offices. 2. Young colleagues. 3. Pressure Management 4. Deadlines Management
Minpunten
1. Long working hours, 10:30 to 19:00 - if you get up and leave at 19:00 you are stigmatized (most people leave at 19:30-19:45 because they are afraid not to be judged) 2. Even though they offer to the employees 2 remote days, it is case by case in most teams, up to the likings of each Senior Manager. 3. Other than communication skills, you don't acquire any actual experience, which makes exit hard. 4. Too much pressure (not viable), both for sales targets and time (not viable) 5. The sales targets are getting harder and harder and they are not set accurately (same targets for all, not matter the maturity of the account). 6. Repetitive work - you actually do expert recruiting, saying the same poem over and over again, nothing else. 7. The project management skills are not actually project management, it is mostly secretariat work. 8. It seems that they hire whoever speaks English at a professional level, making it the basic recruitment characteristic for potential employees. 9. The job description is deceiving. It makes you thing that you play a pivotal role on the strategic consulting projects but it isn't the case. You don't deep dive in market details. You just do expert recruiting.
