From the very beginning, Diamond saw my potential and believed in me, promoting me without hesitation. That belief gave me the confidence to grow, and it’s a big part of why I stay. Here, my ideas are heard, my efforts are recognized, and my hard work is celebrated. Although we work in a remote set-up, we’re given the budget and opportunities to come together for fun engagements that keep us connected. We have an open-door policy that welcomes real conversations, and the support and encouragement we receive—both professionally and personally—are truly unmatched. Working from home has also given me one of the greatest gifts: I no longer feel the mom guilt of missing out on my son’s school activities. And what makes Diamond truly special is the people—everyone supports everyone, whether it’s about work or life outside of it.
