I have been working with the company from one and half year and what I have learned is to work as jack of all traders. As working in a team, I have got experienced of so many different fields and the good thing is I have gained extra ordinary confidence. Every place is difficult to work but its you who can make impossible things to possible and can change the world with your hard work, integrity and honesty. This is what I did and changed a culture as a friendly workplace. I can say without doubt that i have an authority to make decisions and my goal is to learn from the world and bring continuous improvement in company and glow it as a shining star in corporate world.

Biggest cons for me is to commute. My commute is 3-4 hours everyday but I am ignore it to work.

I have worked at Diamond Systems for 8 years. There is a current Employee who has worked for Diamond for almost 20 years. There is a former Employee that had worked for the Company for 8 years that is interviewing for a current position so that he can return to Diamond. There are lots of challenging projects and challenging work to do. The owner gives you the freedom and ability to work on these projects and issues whether they be accounting, operations, engineering, shipping, etc. Everyone is invited to take initiative and rise to the best of their ability. It appears to me that some of the negative reviews here were written by one or two individuals who did not understand the culture of a small company. In a small company everybody knows what they should be doing and what all the people around you should be doing. There is a lot to do. The owner just wants people to do their jobs and help each other out. If you are working and producing for the company you are fine. The comments about him in the other reviews are very one sided and are not true. There are no lawsuits and there is no screaming or berating going on.

The road traffic in the area tends to be heavy.
