I was at this job less than a year, the person before me was there last in the year, the pror before that one was there less than a year. This is a revolving door. Management has no idea how to run this agency. I am surprised they haven't been closed down. Omnicom needs to keep an eye on them. It is a norm for the team to simply get up in the middle of a meeting and not come back. I guess they forgot the cameras are on while they are having a client meetings. This is the reason they have lost so many accounts please do yourself a favor and do not apply to this agency. It is a norm after negative review for them to come back and write an exceptional review.
