Interesting technology. Very nice optical equipment. Cheap health insurance. Free snacks. Nice office staff. Lots of interesting projects. A lot of investor interest, so they keep plowing in more money at what looks like a pretty risky investment.
Minpunten
Facilities are super poor. Buildings roof leaks constantly. Hostile upper management. Crappy pay structure which has recently been fixed but people are still below market. Very little meaningful career growth unless you play the politics. Very, very disorganized.
