Pluspunten
The work environment is great, people really care about their work here, and people seem to have a very healthy work-life balance. The parking lot is nearly empty at 5pm which says a lot I think about that balance. They also have a very generous wellness reimbursement program. There are several social events for holidays, baby showers, etc. The company also has a Teams chat employees actively participate in where we celebrate people’s birthdays, accomplishments, and personal life milestones like baby announcements and such.
Minpunten
They don’t cover dental or vision. But I guess this is counter balanced with the wellness reimbursement program to help cover those costs. Also most of the teams are pretty lean, so if you’re looking for a company with a ton of career growth potential this may not be what you’re looking for.
