Office location is good. The CEO works hard.

Minpunten

This company will make you work extra hours on a daily basis. No professionalism. They will call you on whatsapp, if not on MS teams before and after your shift. Fake promises to the clients and will burden you to submit it before deadlines and ask you to work on weekends without even paying you a penny for that. Their leave policy is below UK standard and so is their compensation. Also no Health insurance or any other perks.

None, they used to have flexibility but the CEO seems to be on a power trip after receiving funding

Minpunten

where should I start? They will expect you to be a slave, be available 24/7. They lack basic professionalism, can even call you on WhatsApp at 4am. You can put in all your effort into meetings and the senior management will take all the credit. So much office politics, they literally waste their time in solving petty conflicts between people. They lie a lot and set fake expectations to clients as well as employees which always creates so much pressure.
