At Digipolis you will get the chance to work with a variety of different people and improve your people skills. Location is easy and well-established. Considering it is a government owned company, the tech stack is surprisingly modern.

Minpunten

Don't expect to learn anything new about tech, since although modern, most teams stick to various versions of software (mostly obsolete). Digipolis loves to make things incredibly unnecessarily complicated. If you disagree with higher management, better not tell since a lot of the hierarchy is based on favoritism and politics.

Opportunity to work from home. Employees can choose when they work.

Minpunten

Lack of interest from staff in the work delivered by the employees... Lots of people working here who have no idea what they are actually doing. Salary is pretty low compared to other IT companies... There is just no good use of people's talents.
