      Work culture was quite flexible. Global team was cool. Got to travel to some cool places.

      Minpunten

      It was a leadership disaster from day 1. No vision or guidance from the CEO. Petty political games from upper management. A culture of fear and uncertainty. Lack of sufficient training or anyone on the team with the knowledge to create real outcomes. Several team leads were universally hated and not respected by their teams. This place was awful.
