Easily the worst place I’ve worked at. A handful of people control everything while everyone else is expected to nod along. Loyalty, hard work and years of contribution mean absolutely nothing here. People who helped build the company can be shown the door without a second thought. Decisions are made by people sitting far away from the actual ground reality and the consequences are borne by everyone else. The culture is built on fear, uncertainty and unrealistic expectations. Appraisals are disappointing, layoffs happen quietly and employee well-being is treated like an afterthought. It feels less like a professional organization and more like a kingdom where a few people rule and the rest are expected to obey.
